Lilly rolled her eyes. 'There are no lion king masks from the Disney store.' She thought. She had been a big Disney freak before her abduction, and not once did she see a lion king mask. So far, she was not liking Olivia. There wasn't a reason really. She just didn't like her, so she tried to avoid her. At lunch, she sat at an empty table, not too keen on making friends.
Jack was still in line for food, scanning the lunchroom for people he knew and people he didn't. Most he did know, but not well enough to talk to, though they all seemed to think they knew him well enough to talk to. He didn't mind it, but he wished people would get to know him instead of talking to him for the sake of popularity. Like Kris. He loved talking to Kris, because he knew she was a real friend. He loved Kris's friends too, and they were who he was looking for. Kris too of course. Once he spotted them, he smiled and waved them over. "Hey Kris!"

Kris grinned as she heard Jack. She ha just walked in, but didnt go to the lunch line since she already had brought her own food. "Hey! Regular table?" She cocked her head to the table they had claimed in the past. "Ill save you a spot."

Jack shot her a thumbs up since he had gotten some glares for shouting across the cafeteria. He ordered two mozzarella sticks and an orange juice, then sat down at the table, hand one of the cheese sticks to Kris. "For saving me a spot." He chuckled.

"No problemo." She assured, listening to the conversation that one of her friends was engaging in.
"And... it's weird, I know, but I heard that something was spotted on the roof. Like a huge bird! Sometime in july, I think." A bulky guy named Harry started. "I didnt see it, but one of my friends who dormed over summer did."
Kris grimaced, quickly turning away. There was always talk, but that didnt make it any more unsettling.

"Can I sit here?" She smiled a bit. She had a different dorm then them last year. Recognized the faces, but didn't remember the name.

Jodi found the emptiest table she could and scooted as far as she could from the others. She picked at her lunch while people-watching. The way people laughed, smiled, nudged each other, sulked, stared at their lunch; it simply fascinated her.

"Yes. I'm Jodi." She muttered. Realizing she couldn't be heard over the chatter, spoke up, "Yes, that's me. Are you Ol- wait, no. You stood around spot 12, so you must be Lilly."
