Jodi, who had been separated from Kris by the teacher, was the last to go. "I'm Jodi."
"Speak up." Ms. Clovis encouraged.
"I'm Jodi," she ventured, a bit louder, "I'm a Junior. I like the outdoors." And then as if she was reading the words from a page, she listed off all the names and facts effortlessly.

(Sorry, but I'm going to bed. My dog's been keeping me up a lot :c though I usually wake up early and fall back asleep so I'll try to remember to get on then!)

Lilly crossed her arms as the teacher separated other groups. She didn't acknowledge Olivia's hello, too focused on her personal thoughts. Ms. Clovis looked down at a piece of paper. "Okay. First assignment. Within your group, come up with a skit of some sort. It can be about anything and it must be at least ten minutes long. You've all got at least one senior in your group, so it can't be that hard. You must have music, characters, and a script. Props, costumes, and background are bonus points." She smiled at all of the shocked faces on the new students faces. "Oh you weren't expecting such a big assignment? Welcome to theatre class. Due mid class period two days from now." Ms. Clovis knew how many students took this class thinking it was easy, so she made it difficult. In fact, the only student she had to ever get an A in this class both semesters was Kris.
Lilly's eyes were huge. "Two days for a ten minute script? Along with music? That's insane..." She shook her head and looked at Kris.
